What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is charged by the item according to your delivery destination, as follows: SPAIN 7€ per item / EU 22€ per item / Europe (Non EU) 22€ per item / rest of the world 30€ per item

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard) and by PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Standard Delivery items are usually dispatched within 1 working day after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver within:

1-2 working days for Spain

4-5 working days for Europe

8-10 working days for the rest of the world. Required documentation will be necessary: buyer’s passport and telephone number and 3 copies of the purchase provided by Number Shoes

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an order confirmation email after an order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Your Order

Your order will shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, including instruction on how to track your order.

Your shipping confirmation

Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. All deliveries require a signature, please ensure somebody is in to sign for the goods.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

Do I have to pay a customs duty for the goods if I order from Number Shoes?

After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. To facilitate the customs process, we reserve the right to inform customs of the value of goods within the packages. For the same reason, customs officials are permitted to open packages. Number Shoes has no influence over this procedure.

Can I return my purchase?

You can return the product within 7 calendar days, once you have receive your order. Products must be returned clean nor damage and have all their tags, original packing and in the same condition as you received them provided with a copy of the invoice.

Number Shoes will not be responsible for the delivery costs for these returns.
